The Business Solutions Group reflects the merger of two previous GNYHA Services, Inc. divisions, Client Services and Business Intelligence. Combining these divisions is intended to provide better coordination and deployment of these critical resources to ensure rapid and efficient support and response. As in the past, Client Service Executives (CSEs) will continue to be the first point of contact for all medical/surgical supply chain-related issues; however, the new structure will facilitate improved access to the analytical information and support that is so essential to informed decision-making. Among other efforts, the Business Solutions Group is responsible for working with our member institutions to develop and assist in implementing a Supply Chain Improvement Plan (SCIP) that will reduce supply and equipment expenditures and improve overall supply chain efficiencies.
