If any Vendor has any grievance regarding access to contracting opportunities with GNYHA Services, the Vendor may provide a detailed description of its grievance in writing to GNYHA Services at the following address:

Upon receipt of the written description, GNYHA Services will review the complaint and respond appropriately in a timely manner.
